Peter Rouch KC and Patrick Harte, instructed by Mohammed Asif and Abbas Dhami at Newgate Solicitors, secured the acquittal of BH of both murder and manslaughter at Wood Green Crown Court.

The matter was a multi-handed case involving a total of eight defendants tried in two parts. Mr Hassan was the sole defendant on the indictment in the second trial.
